GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The retail vend of liquor by retail vendors under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall furnish Form G to the Collector within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall make an application in Form G to the Collector within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the retail vend of liquor is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
