GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Service in the Force by enrolled persons under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Defence Estates Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every enrolled person carrying on service in the Force shall furnish Form G to the Commanding Officer of the Unit within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every enrolled person carrying on service in the Force shall make an application in Form G to the Commanding Officer of the Unit within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service in the Force is undertaken, and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Karnataka.
