GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of denatured spirit by manufacturers of denatured spirit under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall furnish Form G to the Excise Appellate Authority within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall make an application in Form G to the Excise Appellate Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of denatured spirit is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
