GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Telangana.
