GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall furnish Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Land Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of allotted surplus land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Telangana.
