Amaravati, dated the 28th May, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Education Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall furnish Form C to the Director of Education within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Education within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pre-school is undertaken, and the Director of Education shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
