GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a hostel by hostels under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall furnish Form F to the Regulatory Authority within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every hostel carrying on the running of a hostel shall make an application in Form F to the Regulatory Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a hostel is undertaken, and the Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
