Hyderabad, dated the 17th April, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of a competition by organisers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall furnish Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall make an application in Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a competition is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Telangana.
