Amaravati, dated the 18th March, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The broadcasting of programmes by broadcasters under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall furnish Form I to the Broadcasting Authority within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall make an application in Form I to the Broadcasting Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the broadcasting of programmes is undertaken, and the Broadcasting Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
