Mumbai, dated the 7th March, 2022

GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The bottling of water by bottlers of water under the Bombay Irrigation Act, 1879, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Irrigation Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bottler of water carrying on the bottling of water shall furnish Form F to the Board within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bottler of water carrying on the bottling of water shall make an application in Form F to the Board within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the bottling of water is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Maharashtra.
