GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a cinema by owners of a cinema under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a cinema carrying on the running of a cinema shall furnish Form I to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a cinema carrying on the running of a cinema shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a cinema is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
