GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Tahsildar within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Tahsildar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
