GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The culture of fish by fish farmers under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every fish farmer carrying on the culture of fish shall furnish Form B to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every fish farmer carrying on the culture of fish shall make an application in Form B to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the culture of fish is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
