GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The receipt and payment of Government moneys by treasuries under the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every treasury carrying on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Finance Commission within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every treasury carrying on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Finance Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt and payment of Government moneys is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Kerala.
