GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The production of certified seed by seed producers under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fertiliser Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every seed producer carrying on the production of certified seed shall furnish Form H to the Board within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every seed producer carrying on the production of certified seed shall make an application in Form H to the Board within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the production of certified seed is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
