GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form A to the Waqf Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form A to the Waqf Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
