GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The allotment of property to a displaced person by displaced persons under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Land Acquisition Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall furnish Form 6 to the District Registrar within three hundred and sixty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall make an application in Form 6 to the District Registrar within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the allotment of property to a displaced person is undertaken, and the District Registrar shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
