GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The collection of donations for a charity by collectors of donations under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every collector of donations carrying on the collection of donations for a charity shall furnish Form A to the Registrar of Societies within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every collector of donations carrying on the collection of donations for a charity shall make an application in Form A to the Registrar of Societies within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the collection of donations for a charity is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
