ORDER
Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 8 of 1954), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
