ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form C to the Excise Appellate Authority within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form C to the Excise Appellate Authority within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
