GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form B to the Agency within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form B to the Agency within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Telangana.
