GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Emergency Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form H to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form H to the Civil Defence Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
