GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form C to the Excise Appellate Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form C to the Excise Appellate Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
