Hyderabad, dated the 27th September, 2023

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The coaching of athletes by coaches under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall furnish Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall make an application in Form A to the Disciplinary Panel within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the coaching of athletes is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Telangana.
