GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The hereditary management of a temple by hereditary trustees under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall furnish Form E to the Commissioner of Endowments within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application in Form E to the Commissioner of Endowments within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hereditary management of a temple is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Odisha.
