GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an anganwadi centre by anganwadi centres under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Development Project Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall furnish Form V to the District Magistrate within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall make an application in Form V to the District Magistrate within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an anganwadi centre is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
