Amaravati, dated the 9th August, 2023

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The giving of private tuition by private tutors under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall furnish Form A to the District Education Officer within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application in Form A to the District Education Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the giving of private tuition is undertaken, and the District Education Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
