GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chaperone, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall furnish Form F to the State Sports Council within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form F to the State Sports Council within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the governance of a sport is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Goa.
