GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a co-operative society by co-operative societies under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall furnish Form D to the Insecticides Board within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application in Form D to the Insecticides Board within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a co-operative society is undertaken, and the Insecticides Board shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Punjab.
