GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a sports academy by sports academies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall furnish Form G to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports academy carrying on the running of a sports academy shall make an application in Form G to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a sports academy is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Telangana.
