GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Pay and Accounts Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall furnish Form GFR 12-C to the Finance Commission within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 12-C to the Finance Commission within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
