GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 3 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Odisha.
