GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pilgrim lodge by operators of a pilgrim lodge under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall furnish Form C to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pilgrim lodge carrying on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall make an application in Form C to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pilgrim lodge is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
