GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall furnish Form B to the Adjudicating Officer within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form B to the Adjudicating Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
