GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The reservation of posts by employers under the reservation scheme under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer under the reservation scheme carrying on the reservation of posts shall furnish Form VI to the District Level Committee within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every employer under the reservation scheme carrying on the reservation of posts shall make an application in Form VI to the District Level Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the reservation of posts is undertaken, and the District Level Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka.
