GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The carrying on of business by a registered body by registered bodies under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inquiry Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered body carrying on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall furnish Form G to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every registered body carrying on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall make an application in Form G to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of business by a registered body is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
