GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The irrigation of land from a canal by cultivators of irrigated land under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Junior Engineer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every cultivator of irrigated land carrying on the irrigation of land from a canal shall furnish Form G to the Tribunal within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every cultivator of irrigated land carrying on the irrigation of land from a canal shall make an application in Form G to the Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the irrigation of land from a canal is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan.
