GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The raising of plants in a nursery by nursery growers under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fertiliser Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall furnish Form G to the Board within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application in Form G to the Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the raising of plants in a nursery is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
