Hyderabad, dated the 5th July, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form D to the Sports Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form D to the Sports Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Telangana.
