Hyderabad, dated the 10th June, 2022

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in competitions by athletes under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall furnish Form E to the Disciplinary Panel within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete carrying on participation in competitions shall make an application in Form E to the Disciplinary Panel within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in competitions is undertaken, and the Disciplinary Panel shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Telangana.
