GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall furnish Form 8 to the Board of Revenue within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Board of Revenue within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of allotted surplus land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Telangana.
