GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 5 to the Tahsildar within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 5 to the Tahsildar within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana.
