GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an institution for persons with disabilities by institutions for persons with disabilities under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Certifying Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall furnish Form IV to the National Trust within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every institution for persons with disabilities carrying on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form IV to the National Trust within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution for persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the National Trust shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
