GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of Government business by a bank by bank conducting Government businesses under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Audit Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Accountant General within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Accountant General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of Government business by a bank is undertaken, and the Accountant General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
