GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish Form A to the Agency within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form A to the Agency within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
