GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Budget Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Finance Commission within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Finance Commission within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Rajasthan.
