GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a vessel by owners of a vessel under the Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Shipping Master, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a vessel carrying on the operation of a vessel shall furnish Form 4 to the Conservator of the Port within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a vessel carrying on the operation of a vessel shall make an application in Form 4 to the Conservator of the Port within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a vessel is undertaken, and the Conservator of the Port shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
