GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of Government business by a bank by bank conducting Government businesses under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Procurement Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Public Accounts Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of Government business by a bank is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
