GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of property in the custody of the court by court receivers under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Nazir, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court receiver carrying on the management of property in the custody of the court shall furnish Form B to the Registrar General within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every court receiver carrying on the management of property in the custody of the court shall make an application in Form B to the Registrar General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of property in the custody of the court is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
