GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a coaching centre by coaching centres under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall furnish Form B to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application in Form B to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a coaching centre is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
